with care for your senses
In a place where you can completely relax and concentrate on your senses, the architectural qualities of the space come to the forefront. The atmosphere is vital: the character of light, the view from one room to another, the tactility of the sofa fabric, the smell of the wood...
Natural flow of your movements, your personal comfort and habits are equally meaningful. Where are you used to leaving the keys? Where do you usually throw your towel? What kind of light do you want to see when you wake up? Where would you like to place an aromatic candle?
Attention to all these bodily details is what I call a sensual approach to design, which gave its name to my practice – Design Sensually.
I appreciate you taking the time to read this in between all the things you might need to do.

The architectural education that I pursued had a special focus on the ideals of humanism, nurturing ideas of humanoriented design. How do we experience architecture: what qualities (light, surfaces, acoustics, colors...) make us feel this way or another – was the invariable focus during six years of my studies.
My master’s thesis, “Stone and Air: A Dwelling for People Recovering from Depression”, is a thorough investigation of a therapeutic qualities of architecture. I created design based entirely on the principles of how space can influence behavior and emotions, guiding a person through the healing process.
This expertize led me to establishing my own practice, pursuing the goal to create spaces where the human senses will be taken care of. I am excited to create such a place for you.
