Who we are

Design Sensually by Anna Dyakonova is responsible for the personal information processed through designsensually.no.

Organisation number: 935322189, Norway. For privacy questions or requests, email anna@designsensually.no.

Contact enquiries

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, message and any other information you provide. We use these details to reply, discuss your project and prepare a proposal. Providing information is voluntary, but we need your contact details to respond. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

For enquiries about a potential project, our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other correspondence, it is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 36 months after our last contact, and deleted earlier when no longer needed. Specific records may be retained longer where necessary for legal obligations or legal claims.

Google Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and measure actions such as completed enquiries. Google receives information such as pages visited, referral sources, interactions, browser and device details, timestamps and online identifiers. Requests also transmit technical information, including an IP address; Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.

Analytics is linked to Google Ads to measure advertising results and share audience information. Where advertising-personalisation features are enabled and you consent, Google may use this information to personalise advertising, including remarketing. Google Tag Manager helps manage tags and consent signals.

We rely on consent for optional analytics cookies and advertising personalisation (Article 6(1)(a)). Our current Consent Mode implementation can also send limited measurement signals to Google without cookies when consent is denied. Rejecting cookies does not block every request to Google.

Read how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy. You can also manage personalised advertising in Google My Ad Center.

Cookies and browser storage

Optional analytics and advertising storage is set to denied before your initial choice. Use Accept all, Reject all, or Customize in the banner. Customize lets you choose categories separately and confirm with Save Preferences. To change or withdraw consent later, open the cookie settings control in the footer, then change and save your choices or choose Reject all. Withdrawal affects future processing and does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand. You can separately delete existing cookies and site storage in your browser.

_ga — Google Analytics

Distinguishes visitors. Default expiry: up to 2 years, subject to shorter browser limits. The tested Chrome expiry was 400 days.

_ga_N0SP29VB1X — Google Analytics

Maintains session information. Default expiry: up to 2 years, subject to shorter browser limits; 400 days in the tested Chrome browser.

framerCookiesConsentMode and framerCookiesDismissed — cookie banner

Remember your consent choice in local storage. The component sets no automatic expiry; these entries remain until cleared or replaced.

ds_pending_contact_lead — enquiry tracking

Connects form submission to the confirmation page using session storage. Valid for measurement for 2 minutes. Removed on confirmation or when expiry is detected; otherwise retained for the browser-tab session.

Analytics cookie expiry may be refreshed by subsequent activity. Cookie expiry is separate from retention of data already collected: GA4 is configured for 2 months for other event data and 14 months for user and key-event data. The user-identifier period resets on new activity. Standard aggregated reports are not limited by these retention settings.

Service providers and transfers

We use Framer B.V. for website hosting and forms, Domene AS (domene.no) to receive and store enquiry emails, and Google for analytics and advertising. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Enquiry emails are not automatically forwarded to another email service.

Google and Framer may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their published terms provide for applicable adequacy decisions and/or Standard Contractual Clauses for covered international transfers. See Framer's processing terms and Google's processing and transfer terms. Contact us for information about applicable safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Write to anna@designsensually.no. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.

This notice covers website visits and enquiries. We will update it when relevant website practices change.
